A modern youth and group hotel in the Austrian Alps is looking for a qualified and experienced cook to join a small kitchen team. The entire catering operation is buffet-based, serving breakfast, a simple light lunch and dinner for up to approximately 260 guests.

Aufgaben

Preparing breakfast, a simple light lunch and dinner in a fully buffet-based catering operation for up to approximately 260 guests; working as part of a small kitchen team in a modern, spacious and fully equipped kitchen.

Anforderungen

Completed professional culinary training; at least three years of experience in a comparable position; experience with buffet service or high-volume catering; working English required; German is an advantage, but not essential; EU citizenship or valid permission to work in Austria.

Benefits

€2,500 net per month; 13th and 14th salary paid pro rata; free private room with its own bathroom; free meals; 6 working days / 48 hours per week; modern, spacious and fully equipped kitchen; Austrian seasonal employment contract.
