About the position
Du brennst für echtes Kochhandwerk, verarbeitest Produkte mit Stolz von der Wurzel bis zur Nose-to-Tail-Verwertung und suchst eine Küche, in der Frische keine Floskel ist? Dann werde ab Ende September das Herzstück unserer Küchenbrigade im traditionsreichen Landgasthof Weererwirt in Weer, Tirol! Vollzeit 40 Stunden, Aufstiegschance zum Sous Chef nach 6 Monaten bei entsprechendem Einsatz.
Tasks
Arbeiten am Posten in der Küchenbrigade, Verarbeitung frischer, regionaler Lebensmittel von der Wurzel bis zur Nose-to-Tail-Verwertung, Einbringen eigener kreativer Rezeptideen, Mitgestaltung der modernen Tiroler Wirtshauskultur.
Requirements
Abgeschlossene Kochausbildung (ambitionierte Lehrabgänger werden gezielt gefördert und gefordert), sicherer Umgang mit frischen, regionalen Lebensmitteln, Beherrschen der klassischen Postenorganisation, hoher Qualitätsanspruch, Teamgeist auf Augenhöhe und Motivation.
