Für die SPAR Filiale Ötztaler Höhe wird ab sofort eine/n zuverlässige/n und freundliche/n Mitarbeiter/in (m/w/d) für die Kassa gesucht – bis zu 30 Wochenstunden. Tasks
• Kassieren leicht gemacht: An der Kassa läuft alles glatt – schnell, zuverlässig und mit einem Lächeln für unsere Kundschaft • Ordnung ist das halbe Leben: Ein sauberer und einladender Kassenbereich sorgt für einen positiven Eindruck • Standards? Klar doch! Gewissenhaftes Kassieren unter Einhaltung interner Richtlinien – sorgfältig, freundlich und verantwortungsbewusst • Mehr als nur Kassa: Unterstützung bei der Regalbetreuung und Einsatz an der zweiten Kassa, wenn's mal voller wird • Gemeinsam geht's besser: Im Team macht's einfach mehr Spaß
Requirements
• Erste Erfahrung im Handel von Vorteil, aber nicht erforderlich – auch Quereinsteigende sind willkommen! • Freude am Umgang mit unserer Kundschaft und eine offene, freundliche Persönlichkeit • Gutes Gespür für Zahlen und Bereitschaft, sich in unser Kassensystem einzuarbeiten • Verantwortungsbewusstes Handeln auch in Stresssituationen (Stoßzeiten) • Bereitschaft auf regelmäßige Weiterbildung durch Seminare und eLearning Kurse
