About the position
Das 25hours Hotel Wien beim MuseumsQuartier sucht eine Leitung für Restaurant Ribelli und Bankett. Unbefristete Vollzeitstelle.
Tasks
Die Restaurant- und Bankettabteilung operativ führen, Budgetziele verfolgen und Serviceabläufe sichern. Aktiv Gäste betreuen und im Service mitarbeiten. Das Team fördern, Trainings, Besprechungen und Briefings organisieren. Dienstpläne, Handbücher und Checklisten erstellen sowie Reservierungen betreuen. Mitarbeitende auswählen und einarbeiten, Abläufe verbessern und Marketing- und Vertriebsaktionen unterstützen.
Requirements
Erste Führungserfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion, idealerweise in der Hotellerie. Erfahrung mit Serviceorganisation und Dienstplanung. Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Quereinsteigenden und Lehrlingen sowie an der Teamentwicklung. Selbständigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, praktische Einsatzbereitschaft und Interesse an der italienischen Küche. Auch bei Änderungen und hohem Gästeaufkommen den Überblick behalten.
