About the position
Téli szezonális állás a Wedelhütte éttermében, a Hochzillertal síterepén. A munkáltató HOGAST-on közzétett hirdetése szerint a kezdés: 2026.12.01. A saját portál a pozíciót a Wedelhütte-hez rendeli; a HOGAST alternatívaként az Albergo-t is megnevezi. A hegyi munkába vezető utat síeléssel vagy snowboardozással kell megtenni.
Tasks
Bár megszervezése, koktélok és egyéb italok elkészítése és tálalása. Vendégek kiszolgálása és tanácsadása, mise en place és az állandó italminőség biztosítása, a receptek betartása és a bárkassza elszámolása. A higiénia és a biztonság betartása, valamint a hüttélmény alakítása.
Requirements
Többéves releváns bárszakmai tapasztalat, ideális esetben prémium vendéglátásban. Koktél-, ital-, bor-, csapolási és pénztárkezelési ismeretek. Kiváló kommunikáció német és/vagy angol nyelven. Csapatmunka, ápolt megjelenés, szervezőkészség, megbízhatóság, stressztűrés, rugalmasság, önállóság, felelősségtudat és részletekre való odafigyelés.
