Το Hotel Singer – Relais & Châteaux στο Berwang αναζητά ενίσχυση ως Chef de Partie. Θέση πλήρους απασχόλησης ορισμένου χρόνου για τη χειμερινή σεζόν 2026/2027 από 14.12.2026. Εργασία στην ανακαινισμένη το 2022 κουζίνα του ξενοδοχείου.
Tasks
- Σχεδιασμός και οργάνωση των ροών εργασίας του τομέα κουζίνας σας - Καθοδήγηση και έλεγχος των commis - Αποθήκευση και επεξεργασία τροφίμων σύμφωνα με τους κανονισμούς - Διασφάλιση της καθαριότητας και της τήρησης των προδιαγραφών HACCP
Requirements
- Ολοκληρωμένη γαστρονομική εκπαίδευση και γνώσεις υψηλής γαστρονομίας - Τουλάχιστον δύο χρόνια εμπειρίας ως Chef de Partie - Ικανότητα συνεργασίας σε ομάδα, ευελιξία, αντοχή στην πίεση και αυτόνομη εργασία - Συνέπεια και ειλικρίνεια - Γερμανικά B1 και Αγγλικά B1 - Άδεια εργασίας για την Αυστρία ή ιθαγένεια κράτους μέλους της ΕΕ
