Μαγειρεύοντας στη κουζίνα à la carte με φρέσκα τοπικά και εποχιακά προϊόντα και υλοποιώντας τις επιθυμίες των επισκεπτών με δημιουργικές ιδέες και αγάπη για τη λεπτομέρεια.
Requirements
Πολύ καλές γνώσεις à-la-carte και εμπειρία σε εκλεπτυσμένη γαστρονομία· αναφέρονται οκτώ χρόνια επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας, πολυετής πρακτική σε αυστριακό ξενοδοχείο τεσσάρων αστέρων και άνω ή εστιατόριο. Ευελιξία, αντοχή στην πίεση, αξιοπιστία και πρότυπο προς μίμηση. Πνεύμα ομαδικότητας, οργανωμένος, αυτόνομος και προσανατολισμένος στα αποτελέσματα τρόπος εργασίας. Γερμανικά σε μητρικό επίπεδο. Προτιμώνται πολίτες της ΕΕ.
