About the position
A Forsthofalm határozatlan idejű, teljes munkaidős munkatársat keres az egész éves szállodai üzemeltetésbe. Kezdés azonnal.
Tasks
Saját szervizállomásért felelni, vendégeket tanácsadással ellátni, valamint borokat és kiegészítő ajánlatokat javasolni. Asztalokat és büféket előkészíteni, commis-kat, tanulókat és gyakornokokat irányítani. Rendeléseket, fizetéseket és elszámolást a kasszarendszerben kezelni, panaszokat felvenni és a higiéniát biztosítani.
Requirements
Szakképzés vagy gyakorlati vendéglátási tapasztalat, ideális esetben két év; tapasztalt pályaváltókat is szívesen fogadunk. Borismeret előnyt jelent, alapvető allergén- és higiéniai ismeretek. Ápolt megjelenés, figyelmesség, önállóság, csapatszellem és nyugalom nagy vendégforgalom esetén. Német C1 és angol B2.
