Hotel VALARA Alpine Art u Hintertuxu traži pojačanje na puno radno vrijeme za ugovor na određeno vrijeme u cjelogodišnjem poslovanju. Početak rada prema dogovoru; oglašeni početak bio je 24. rujna 2026.
Tasks
Samostalno preuzimaš servisnu stanicu u posluživanju doručka i večere. Osobno, pažljivo i profesionalno dočekuješ, smještaš i brineš se za naše goste. Tijekom doručka zajedno sa svojim timom osiguravaš uspješan početak dana. Uvečer savjetuješ naše goste o jelima, vinu i pićima te ih pratiš kroz jelovnik. Jela i pića poslužuješ stručno i s prirodnom srdačnošću. Poznaješ naš jelovnik, kartu vina i pića te možeš kompetentno savjetovati naše goste. Ovisno o rasporedu, radiš zajedno s commis de rangom, upućuješ ga/je i rado prenosiš svoje znanje. Samostalno i pažljivo pripremaš svoj mise-en-place. Pomažeš pri postavljanju i posluživanju naših buffeta. Blisko surađuješ s kuhinjom, barom i svojim kolegama u servisu. Profesionalno i s fokusom na rješenja postupaš s posebnim željama i povratnim informacijama naših gostiju. Prema potrebi pomažeš i na našem hotelskom baru. Zajedno s timom brineš se za red, čistoću i poštivanje naših higijenskih i HACCP standarda.
Requirements
