About the position
A Hotel Steiner Obertauernben határozatlan idejű, egész éves állásra keres munkatársakat 2026. november 16-tól.
Tasks
- A recepciós és foglalási csapat közös irányítása - Új munkatársak betanítása a vállalati folyamatokba - Beosztástervezés - Önálló munkavégzés - Részvétel a heti osztályvezetői megbeszéléseken - Munka a Casablanca foglalási rendszerrel és az ABM ajánlatkezelővel - Aktív szobaértékesítés - Check-in/Check-out - Vendégeink fogadása és búcsúztatása, valamint minden front office feladat - Információadás minden témában - Ajánlatkészítés telefonon, faxon és ajánlatasszisztensen keresztül - Egyéni utazók foglalása - A következő napi érkezések és távozások ellenőrzése - Asztalkártyák írása a kiszolgálás számára - Kulcskártyák készítése a Ving-Card rendszerrel - Hotelinformációs mappák készítése - Panaszok fogadása és megoldása - Síbérlet-rendelések - A vacsoramenük és a reggeli posta megírása - Különféle javítások továbbítása a házmesternek - Transzferszervezés - Számlák pénztárazása és saját kassza vezetése - Vendégkartonok létrehozása, valamint közreműködés a Guesthistory rendszerünkben - Foglalások rögzítése (csoportos és egyéni foglalások is) - A GASTFREUND app kezelése - Számlák felkönyvelése, átkönyvelése és kikönyvelése - Szobalisták, érkezési és távozási listák, valamint a kiszolgálás és az emelet számára készített listák elkészítése - Aktív közreműködés a recepciós folyamatok és a foglalási folyamatok fejlesztésében
