About the position
Commis de Rang v súkromne vedenom štvohviezdičkovom hoteli Schweizerhof priamo pri lanovke Hahnenkammbahn v Kitzbüheli od 3. decembra 2026. Časovo obmedzené miesto na letnú a zimnú sezónu s dlhodobou perspektívou rozvoja.
Tasks
Podpora obsluhy v oblasti à la carte a polpenzie, servírovanie jedál a nápojov, príprava mise en place a starostlivosť o medzinárodných hostí. Spolupráca s chef de rang a servisným tímom, dodržiavanie noriem kvality a hygieny.
Requirements
Prvá praktická skúsenosť v oblasti služieb, radosť z hostí, priateľskosť, upravený vzhľad a dobré spoločenské vystupovanie. Tímový duch, spoľahlivosť, nasadenie, ochota učiť sa a samostatná, dôsledná organizácia. Nemčina na úrovni C1, angličtina B2, základné znalosti systému Micros; uprednostňujeme občanov EÚ.
