About the position
Το οικογενειακά διοικούμενο Hotel Bergkristall στο Oberlech αναζητά έναν Commis de Rang από τις 18 Δεκεμβρίου 2026. Tasks
- Υποστήριξη του Chef de Rang και της ομάδας σέρβις. - Στρώσιμο τραπεζιών, γυάλισμα μαχαιροπίρουνων και ποτηριών, καθώς και αναπλήρωση αναλώσιμων υλικών. - Συμμετοχή στο σερβίρισμα φαγητών και ποτών. - Φιλική εξυπηρέτηση των επισκεπτών και εκπλήρωση μικρών επιθυμιών. - Τήρηση των προτύπων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας σύμφωνα με το HACCP.
Requirements
Ολοκληρωμένη εκπαίδευση στον χώρο της εστίασης/ξενοδοχειακών ή πρώτη εμπειρία στον σέρβις· η πλατφόρμα αναφέρει επιπλέον δύο χρόνια επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας. Ενθουσιασμός για την εκλεκτή γαστρονομία και το καλό σέρβις, προθυμία για μάθηση, φιλική εμφάνιση, επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, ομαδικό πνεύμα και ευελιξία. Γερμανικά C1. Απαιτείται άδεια εργασίας (ή ιθαγένεια ΕΕ).
