Podrška šefovima sale za nesmetan tijek usluge; priprema (mise en place) ispred i iza kulisa; ljubazna briga o gostima.
Requirements
Završeno stručno obrazovanje ili višegodišnje relevantno iskustvo poželjno; iskustvo u uslužnoj djelatnosti je prednost. Portal navodi tri godine radnog iskustva i manje od godinu dana iskustva u vođenju. Vrlo dobro poznavanje njemačkog jezika prema tekstu, razina portala B1. Sigurne društvene vještine, svijest o kvaliteti i čistoći, ljubav prema detaljima, njegovan izgled, poštenje, diskrecija, točnost, pouzdanost, poštovanje i timski duh. Prednost ima pravo rada u EU.
