Μόνιμη θέση όλο τον χρόνο σε οικογενειακό ξενοδοχείο τεσσάρων αστέρων superior με συνεδριακές εγκαταστάσεις. Έναρξη σύμφωνα με την αγγελία στις 02.11.2026· πέντε ημέρες και 45 ώρες την εβδομάδα.
Tasks
Καθημερινή προετοιμασία του mise en place Παρασκευή και διακόσμηση φαγητών Οργάνωση και συντονισμός των διαδικασιών στη θέση εργασίας τους Οικονομική και υπεύθυνη διαχείριση τροφίμων και πρώτων υλών Συνεχής διατήρηση των προτύπων ποιότητας και των διαδικασιών παραγωγής Τήρηση των προτύπων HACCP σε ολόκληρο τον χώρο της κουζίνας
Requirements
Ολοκληρωμένη εκπαίδευση ως μάγειρας και εμπειρία σε εκλεπτυσμένη γαστρονομία Επίκαιρη εκπαίδευση HACCP ή αντίστοιχη εκπαίδευση σε πρότυπα υγιεινής Πολύ καλή τεχνική γνώση και γνώση προϊόντων Ικανότητα λήψης αποφάσεων & ομαδικότητα Κυριαρχική και σίγουρη παρουσία Πολύ καλή γνώση γερμανικών και αγγλικών έγκυρη άδεια εργασίας Γερμανικά B2 σύμφωνα με τη δήλωση γλώσσας· πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικών σύμφωνα με το κείμενο.
