Demi Chef de Rang v hoteloch Sonnenburg v Oberlechu na Arlbergu pre zimnú sezónu 2026/27. Nástup podľa inzerátu ihneď; konkrétny začiatok sezóny dohodnúť.
Tasks
Organizovať vlastnú stanicu a zabezpečiť vysokú kvalitu služieb. Cez obed poskytovať rýchly servis a brať ohľad na želania hostí aj ciele obratu. Večer sa kvalitne starať o hostí s polpenziou a à la carte. Hospodárne využívať materiál a pracovný čas. Viesť podriadených commis de rang a školiť ich podľa príručky Sonnenburg.
Requirements
Skúsenosti v obsluhe a plynulá znalosť jazykov podľa zdroja: nemčina, angličtina a/alebo ďalšie jazyky. Presnú jazykovú kombináciu dohodneme. Osobná, srdečná starostlivosť o hostí, zdvorilé zaobchádzanie a starostlivé odovzdávanie špeciálnych požiadaviek. Tímovosť a rešpektujúce správanie. Výhodou sú skúsenosti v službách vyššej reštaurácie.
