- Pod vodstvom glavnog kuhara ugostiti naše goste najboljom kvalitetom jela u pogledu okusa i stručnosti - Samostalno vođenje različitih pozicija - Slaganje jela - Sudjelovanje na dnevnim sastancima o jelovniku - Pažljivo rukovanje radnim sredstvima i opremom - Pridržavanje HACCP i sigurnosnih propisa - Kontrola i pridržavanje standarda kvalitete - Vođenje dodijeljenih zaposlenika na poziciji - Koordinacija i dogovor s vodstvom kuhinje -Rad na najvišoj razini kvalitete
Requirements
