About the position
Waldpark Hochreiter își întărește echipa de restaurant începând cu 1 aprilie 2027. Se caută Entremetier / Rotisseur pentru un post cu normă întreagă, pe durată nedeterminată, în tura de zi.
Tasks
Pregătirea și prepararea garniturilor, a cărnii și a felurilor de mâncare calde. Organizarea propriului post din bucătărie, planificarea produselor și a producției ulterioare, precum și asigurarea calității, a gradului de gătire, a prezentării și a igienei. Coordonarea activității cu celelalte posturi din bucătărie și cu bucătarul-șef.
Requirements
Pentru postul de garnituri sunt bineveniți și cei fără pregătire clasică în bucătărie; o calificare clasică de bucătar nu este obligatorie acolo. Pentru sectorul rotisseur se așteaptă o calificare de bucătar sau experiență și practică corespunzătoare pe un post în bucătărie. Anunțurile detaliate menționează trei ani de experiență profesională. Fiabilitate, concentrare în timpul orelor de vârf, lucru îngrijit, autonomie și spirit de echipă. Germană C1.
