About the position
F&B asszisztens a Sonnenburg Hotels szállodáiban, Oberlech am Arlbergben, a 2026/27-es téli szezonra. Kezdés lehetőleg novembertől; a pontos belépési időpont egyeztetés szerint.
Tasks
Nem élelmiszer- és italrendelések kezelése, folyamatos ellenőrzések és elszámolások elvégzése. Az F&B terület informatikai rendszereinek és technikai infrastruktúrájának felügyelete, beleértve a kasszákat, bankkártya-terminálokat és az áruforgalmi rendszert. Digitális szállítólevelek feldolgozása, leltározás és havi zárás elvégzése, valamint jelentések készítése a könyvelés számára. A minőség biztosítása a konyhai kiadónál a szolgálat idején, űrtartalomlisták készítése és áruk kiadása.
Requirements
Német anyanyelvi szinten és folyékony angol. Szállodai képzés Németországban, Ausztriában vagy Svájcban, valamint többéves F&B-tapasztalat. Szervezőkészség, önálló és precíz munkavégzés, pozitív hozzáállás és ápolt megjelenés. F&B Assistantként szerzett tapasztalat előnyt jelent.
