About the position
Voditelj recepcije u Naturel Dorf Schönleitn u Oberaichwaldu, odmah. Cjelogodišnji posao, full-time na određeno prema opisu radnog mjesta.
Tasks
Organizirati i voditi recepciju, razvijati tim i izrađivati rasporede rada. Koordinirati dnevne tokove i suradnju s drugim odjelima, brinuti se za goste i pritužbe, osigurati kvalitetu i uvoditi nove zaposlenike u posao. Preuzimati check-in, check-out, rezervacije, upite i kontrolu obračuna.
Requirements
Završena HGA škola ili usporedivo turističko/komercijalno obrazovanje i višegodišnje iskustvo na recepciji. Iskustvo vođenja ili spremnost preuzimanja odgovornosti; profil navodi četiri godine radnog iskustva i dvije godine iskustva vođenja. Organizacijske sposobnosti, samostalan rad usmjeren na rješenja, profesionalan i srdačan nastup. Njemački C1, engleski B2; dodatni jezici prednost. Dobro poznavanje Microsa i osnovno poznavanje Gastrodata.
