Tasks
- Διαχείριση μπουφέ: Προετοιμασία και ομαλή τοποθέτηση και αποσυναρμολόγηση των πρωινών μπουφέ, συμπεριλαμβανομένης ελκυστικής παρουσίασης των προϊόντων - Θερμή φιλοξενία: Άρτια εξυπηρέτηση των επισκεπτών το πρωί και διασφάλιση υψηλού επιπέδου εξυπηρέτησης στην αρχή της ημέρας - Διαχείριση υγιεινής: Τήρηση των προτύπων ποιότητας των ξενοδοχείων JUFA και συνεχής έλεγχος των προδιαγραφών HACCP - Οργάνωση κουζίνας: Υποστήριξη στον καθαρισμό του χώρου εργασίας και προτάσεις για τη βελτιστοποίηση της προσφοράς πρωινού.
Requirements
- Εμπειρία: Ιδανικά εμπειρία στο σέρβις πρωινού καθώς και ευχαρίστηση με τις πρώτες πρωινές ώρες - Ικανότητα: Δομημένος τρόπος εργασίας, αντοχή υπό υψηλό φόρτο εργασίας καθώς και χρονική ευελιξία - Ομαδικό πνεύμα: Ικανότητα συνεργασίας και διαχείρισης συγκρούσεων καθώς και ενεργή προώθηση μιας θετικής συμβίωσης - Συνείδηση ποιότητας: Μάτι για λεπτομέρειες καθώς και πάθος για ένα ποιοτικό και φρέσκο μπουφέ
