Μάγειρας πρωινού στο Hotel Walserberg στο Warth από τις 7 Δεκεμβρίου 2026. Θέση πλήρους απασχόλησης ορισμένου χρόνου για καλοκαιρινή και χειμερινή σεζόν.
Tasks
Ξεκινήστε νωρίς. Έχετε τον έλεγχο του χώρου του πρωινού. Και φροντίστε ώστε στην κουζίνα να έχουν ήδη ξεκινήσει αρκετά, πριν οι άλλοι πιάσουν καν τον πρώτο καφέ. Το επίκεντρο αυτής της θέσης βρίσκεται σαφώς στο πρωινό. Μετά το πρωινό, ανάλογα με την ημέρα, συνεχίζετε με προετοιμασίες και mise en place για την υπόλοιπη κουζίνα. Συνήθως ως πρωινή βάρδια, εφόσον χρειάζεται και σε μερική βάρδια με υποστήριξη το βράδυ. Προετοιμασία πρωινού και αυτόνομη οργάνωση του χώρου της κουζίνας το πρωί Φρέσκια παρασκευή πιάτων με αυγά και εναλλασσόμενων ζεστών πρωινών πιάτων Προετοιμασία, επίβλεψη και συνεχής αναπλήρωση του μπουφέ πρωινού Διατήρηση της ποιότητας και της φρεσκάδας Μετά το πρωινό, συμμετοχή στην παραγωγή και στο mise en place για το βράδυ Προσεκτική επεξεργασία των τροφίμων και ουσιαστική επαναχρησιμοποίησή τους Από κοινού με την ομάδα κουζίνας, εξέλιξη των διαδικασιών και των προετοιμασιών
Requirements
Το να ξυπνάς νωρίς δεν πρέπει να είναι πρόβλημα. Σε αντάλλαγμα, μετά τη βάρδια πρωινού θα τελειώνεις κι εσύ νωρίτερα. Αναζητείται κάποιος που μπορεί να εργάζεται αυτόνομα το πρωί, είναι καλά οργανωμένος και δεν χρειάζεται πρώτα μια μεγάλη λίστα εργασιών για να ξεκινήσει. Εκπαίδευση ως μάγειρας ή αντίστοιχη εμπειρία σε κουζίνα Αυτόνομος και δομημένος τρόπος εργασίας Αγάπη για τη φρέσκια κουζίνα και την ιδιοπαραγωγή Καλή αίσθηση για προετοιμασία, ποσότητες και χρονισμό Συνείδηση ποιότητας και καθαριότητας Διάθεση να βοηθήσεις και το βράδυ εφόσον χρειαστεί Γερμανικά B2. Προτιμώνται πολίτες της ΕΕ.
