Tasks
* Príprava raňajok a podpora servisu počas raňajok (príprava vajec, omeleta atď.) * Príprava mise en place na nasledujúci deň * Príprava olovrantu (denne jedna polievka, denné pečenie koláčov, obložené bagety atď.) * Príprava obeda / večere pre šéfa a zamestnancov – pre približne 10 osôb * Dodržiavanie hygienických predpisov a smerníc HACCP v kuchyni a sklade * Vykonávanie objednávok * Preberanie a kontrola tovaru
