Tasks
Zabezpečiť servisné postupy s tímom. Spravovať a aktívne predávať ponuky lotérie a trafiky. Prijímať a koordinovať rezervácie, starať sa o hostí a organizovať a sprevádzať podujatia, svadby a oslavy. Kontrolovať a odovzdávať štandardy kvality, hygieny a bezpečnosti; prinášať nové nápady a trendy.
Requirements
Ukončené odborné vzdelanie alebo viacročná prax. Organizačné nadanie, spoľahlivosť a asertivita. Znalosť angličtiny a taliančiny výhodou. Schopnosť tímovej práce, reprezentatívne vystupovanie, diskrétnosť, praktická angažovanosť a zodpovednosť. Priateľské, empatické a sebavedomé vystupovanie; úcta voči hosťom, kolegom a nadriadeným. Vášeň pre pivo a kulinárstvo, štruktúrovaný spôsob práce a otvorenosť voči zmenám.
