About the position

Das Lokal ’59 bei Natürlich HELL in Fügen sucht ab Dezember 2026 eine Servicekraft als Ganzjahresstelle in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit. KV-Branchenorientierung Gastronomie/Hotellerie Tirol ab 01.10.2026: 2.096,50 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeitbasis. Vom Portal ergänzter Branchenbasiswert, kein Arbeitgeberbetrag und keine bestätigte individuelle Einstufung. Bei Teilzeit anteilig nach vereinbarten Stunden; höhere Mindestwerte je nach Qualifikation, Erfahrung und Aufgaben. Arbeitgeber nennt Bezahlung nach KV mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.

Tasks

Gäste betreuen und beraten, Speisen und Getränke servieren. Tischreservierungen annehmen und koordinieren. Bestellungen mit Orderman aufnehmen. Gastraum vor- und nachbereiten, kassieren sowie Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards einhalten. Für einen reibungslosen Ablauf am Tisch sorgen.

Requirements

Freundliches, gepflegtes Auftreten und Freude am Umgang mit Gästen. Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit, auch an vollen Abenden den Überblick behalten. Erfahrung im Service. Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
