About the position

A längenfeldi Hotel Zum Hirschen egy szívvel-lélekkel dolgozó, elhivatott felszolgálót keres teljes munkaidőben a közelgő téli szezonra, december közepétől. A hagyományőrző hotel étteremmel együtt Längenfeld központjában található. A tiroli gasztronómia/szállodaipar KV ágazati iránymutatása 2026.10.01-től: 2 096,50 EUR bruttó havonta, teljes munkaidős alapra vetítve. A munkáltató tisztességes, teljesítményarányos bérezést kínál, a képesítéstől függő túlfizetés lehetőségével.

Tasks

Benefits, accommodation & meals

- Tisztességes, teljesítményarányos bérezés, a képzettségtől függő túlfizetési hajlandósággal. - Ingyenes étkezés a szolgálati idő alatt. - Igény esetén szállás kérhető; a költségek nincsenek megadva.

Frequently asked questions

Is accommodation provided?

Yes, accommodation is provided ().

Are meals provided during work?

Yes, meals are included (Kostenlos).

What language skills are required?

Required language skills: German: B1 (Erforderlich).

I don't have a work permit — can I still be hired?

It depends on the specific position and its minimum requirements. If you don't hold EU/EEA/Swiss citizenship and don't already have a valid Austrian work permit, you'll generally need a separate permit (e.g. a seasonal work permit or the Red-White-Red Card). The Red-White-Red Card is designed for permanent, year-round employment — a single three- to four-month season generally doesn't qualify for it, according to the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber. More on this in our blog post "Which 2026 jobs can lead to the Red-White-Red Card, and why a seasonal contract is often not enough".

I'm missing some of the listed requirements — is it still worth applying?

Yes, it's often still worth applying. The listed requirements are frequently more of a wishlist than strict prerequisites — describe what you bring instead in your cover letter, and leave the final judgment to the employer. That said, there's less flexibility for requirements marked "required" rather than "a plus".

I don't have a resume — what should I do?

No problem: register for free on SeasonJobs.at and build your profile directly in our own editor — with AI assistance too, if you don't want to start from scratch. Register now. A PDF export of your profile isn't available yet, but it's in the works.

Is this listing verified and legitimate?

Every listing goes through an automated, quick check before it's published, supplemented by a human review for anything unusual. A small number of manually captured listings (e.g. from Facebook groups) aren't automatically presented as a verified employer publication.

Why do I sometimes see a listing that has already expired?

An expired position doesn't disappear without a trace right away, so links keep working — the page stays reachable, but clearly shows an "expired" status and suggests matching active alternatives.

Where can I find more current job listings?

Sign up for a personal job alert and get notified automatically as soon as a matching new position is published — so you don't have to repeat the search manually every day. Register now.

No one is responding to me — can I contact you to push my application forward?

No — SeasonJobs.at is a platform, not a recruiting agency. We deliberately don't insert ourselves into the application process, so your direct contact with the employer isn't delayed by a long communication chain. If you have a specific issue with the platform itself (e.g. a suspicious listing), you can reach us via the contact form.
