Srdečnosť, otvorenosť a priateľskosť v kontakte s hosťami a kolegami. Ochota učiť sa, schopnosť pracovať v tíme, ochota pomôcť, spoľahlivosť, poriadok a starostlivosť. Radosť z práce s ľuďmi a dobré vysvedčenie z deviateho ročníka školy. Nemčina na úrovni B2. Podľa inzerátu sú uprednostňovaní občania EÚ.
