About the position
Χειμερινή σεζόν στο οικογενειακό εστιατόριο Filzsteinalm στο Hochkrimml. Η κουζίνα χρησιμοποιεί τοπικά προϊόντα και κρέας από δική μας γεωργική εκμετάλλευση.
Tasks
Πλύσιμο, καθάρισμα και κόψιμο τροφίμων. Βοήθεια στις εργασίες προετοιμασίας, στο σερβίρισμα και στη διανομή φαγητού. Καθαρισμός σκευών κουζίνας, επιφανειών εργασίας και συσκευών, εκτέλεση γενικών βοηθητικών εργασιών και τήρηση των προτύπων υγιεινής και ποιότητας.
Requirements
Απόλαυση της εργασίας στην κουζίνα, ομαδικό πνεύμα και προθυμία για βοήθεια. Αντοχή, διάθεση για προσφορά, καθαρός, αξιόπιστος και αυτόνομος τρόπος εργασίας. Υπευθυνότητα και συνέπεια· εμπειρία στην κουζίνα είναι πλεονέκτημα, αλλά δεν απαιτείται. Η πύλη αναφέρει γενικές βασικές γνώσεις Η/Υ χωρίς συγκεκριμένο λογισμικό. Γερμανικά B1. Απαιτείται υπάρχουσα άδεια εργασίας ή ιθαγένεια κράτους της ΕΕ.
