Tasks
Pružaš podršku našem timu recepcije pri prijavi, odjavi i brizi o našim gostima. Pomažeš pri rezervacijama, ponudama, potvrdama rezervacija i održavanju podataka o gostima. Dobivaš uvid u izradu računa, vođenje blagajne i druge organizacijske procese na recepciji. Sudjeluješ u restoranskoj i breakfast usluzi te upoznaješ procese u F&B području. Pomažeš pri pripremi ponuda jela i pića te pri organizacijskim zadacima vezanim uz uslugu. Dobivaš uvid u kuhinju i pomažeš pri kontrolnim i organizacijskim zadacima. Učiš provjeravati dostave i stječeš razumijevanje za skladištenje i organizaciju robe. Pomažeš u housekeepingu pri kontrolama soba i etaža te upoznaješ naše standarde kvalitete i čistoće. Dobivaš uvid u organizaciju čišćenja i procese na etaži. Upoznaješ različite odjele naše kuće i razumiješ kako se međusobno povezuju u svakodnevnom hotelskom poslovanju. Korak po korak preuzimaš sve više odgovornosti i radiš sve samostalnije.
Requirements
Uspješno završeno 9. godište školovanja Radost u radu s ljudima Dobro poznavanje njemačkog jezika i interes za strane jezike Ljubazne i otvorene manire Interes za organizaciju i procese u hotelu Radost u učenju novih stvari Pouzdanost i pažljiv način rada Timski duh i njegovan izgled Respektabilan odnos prema gostima i kolegama Razina jezika prema oglasu: DE C2. Radna dozvola mora biti osigurana ili posjedovanje državljanstva EU.

Besplatan smještaj u dvokrevetnoj sobi s kupaonicom/tušem, WC-om, TV-om i internetom. Pokriće troškova internata i financiranje vozačke dozvole nakon uspješno završenog naukovanja. Dodatno se navodi 200 EUR mjesečno na naknadu za naučnike; nije jasno iz oglasa je li taj dodatak uključen u navedenih 1.200 EUR. Pravo na godišnji odmor prema kolektivnom ugovoru i smjernicama WKO-a.
