Gyakornoki hely a családi vezetésű négycsillagos superior szeminárium- és kongresszushotelben, a saalfeldeni Gut Brandlhofban. Egész éves képzési lehetőség, belépés azonnal. A portál a szerződést határozatlan idejűnek jelöli; a pozíció kifejezetten tanulószerződéses gyakorlat.
Tasks
Recepciós és vendégkapcsolati képzés. Megismerkedés a check-in, check-out és portás feladatokkal; betekintés a rezervációba, értékesítésbe és marketingbe. Aktív értékesítés a vendég felé és a minőségi előírások betartása.
Requirements
Sikeres általános iskolai végzettség, rugalmasság, ápolt megjelenés, jó modor, erős kommunikációs készség, csapatszellem, lelkesedés és megbízhatóság. Német C1, angol B2 és jó MS Word ismeretek. Munkavállalási engedély vagy EU-s állampolgárság a hirdetés szerint.
