Tasks
Διεύθυνση του Nature Hero Kids Club, συντονισμός και υποστήριξη της ομάδας. Ανάπτυξη δραστηριοτήτων σχετικά με τη φύση, τη δημιουργικότητα, την εξερεύνηση, το παιχνίδι και τον αθλητισμό και φροντίδα των παιδιών στο κλαμπ και στο Basecamp. Διασφάλιση ασφαλούς φροντίδας, συνεργασία με γονείς και άλλα τμήματα, ανανέωση υλικών και περαιτέρω ανάπτυξη της προσφοράς για οικογένειες.
Requirements
Εμπειρία στη φύλαξη παιδιών, στην παιδαγωγική ή στην ψυχαγωγία. Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε θέση ευθύνης είναι πλεονέκτημα. Αγάπη για τα παιδιά, ενσυναίσθηση, οργανωτικές ικανότητες, δημιουργικότητα, ομαδικό πνεύμα και αυτόνομος, οργανωμένος τρόπος εργασίας. Πολύ καλά γερμανικά (Πύλη: μητρική γλώσσα)· αγγλικά B1 και άλλες γλώσσες είναι πλεονέκτημα.
