About the position
A Gaspingerhof Gerlosban 2026. december 3-tól étteremvezetőt keres a téli szezonra. Határozott idejű, teljes munkaidős állás.
Tasks
- A szervizcsapat vezetése, motiválása és fejlesztése. - A napi kiszolgálási folyamatok megszervezése és a műszakbeosztás elkészítése. - Aktív részvétel az étterem munkájában, valamint kapcsolattartó személy a vendégek és a munkatársak számára. - A minőségi előírások biztosítása és szoros együttműködés a konyhával és a recepcióval.
Requirements
Szenvedély a vendéglátás iránt, példamutató magatartás, csapatorientáltság és az emberek motiválásának képessége. Nehéz helyzetekben is megőrzi a áttekintést. Ideális esetben hasonló pozícióban szerzett tapasztalat. Német anyanyelvi szinten és angol C1 szinten. Munkavállalási engedéllyel kell rendelkezni (vagy EU-állampolgársággal).
