About the position
Θέση εποχιακής εργασίας στο JUFA Hotel Gitschtal: Υπάλληλος Υποδοχής & Σέρβις (m/w/d). Έναρξη από Δεκέμβριο; Χειμερινή σεζόν 2026/2027. Πλήρης απασχόληση.
Tasks
- Εξυπηρέτηση & Υποδοχή Επισκεπτών: Θερμή υποδοχή, διαχείριση check-in/out, δηλώσεις διαμονής επισκεπτών. - Φροντίδα Επισκεπτών: Κεντρικό σημείο επαφής για ερωτήσεις, επιθυμίες και αιτήματα εγχώριων και διεθνών επισκεπτών. - Εστίαση: Φροντίδα και εξυπηρέτηση των επισκεπτών στον χώρο του εστιατορίου και του μπουφέ, καθώς και παρασκευή και σερβίρισμα ποτών και μικρών πιάτων στο καφέ του ξενοδοχείου. - Υποστήριξη Σεμιναρίων: Προετοιμασία, φιλοξενία και φροντίδα ομάδων σεμιναρίων. - Διεπιχειρησιακή Συνεργασία: Σύνδεσμος μεταξύ υποδοχής και εξυπηρέτησης για τη διασφάλιση βέλτιστων λειτουργικών διαδικασιών.
Requirements
- Προσόντα: Ολοκληρωμένη εκπαίδευση στην ξενοδοχειακή διοίκηση ή απολυτήριο μέσης/ανώτερης επαγγελματικής σχολής (HLW, HAK, HAS). - Εμπειρία: Προϋπηρεσία στους τομείς της ρεσεψιόν και του σέρβις επιθυμητή – άτομα με κίνητρο που εισέρχονται στον κλάδο είναι ευπρόσδεκτα. - Γνώσεις Η/Υ: Άνετη χρήση MS Office/Google Workspace και διάθεση εκμάθησης ξενοδοχειακών συστημάτων. - Γλώσσες: Γνώσεις γερμανικών και αγγλικών σε υψηλό επίπεδο για την καθημερινή επικοινωνία με τους επισκέπτες. - Προσωπικότητα: Ομαδικότητα, προσανατολισμός στη λύση, αξιοπιστία και ευελιξία σε εναλλασσόμενα καθήκοντα.

25% προσαύξηση για εργασία την Κυριακή, καθώς και 13ος και 14ος μισθός. Στη συμπληρωματική επισκόπηση παροχών αναφέρεται προσαύξηση 30% για νυχτερινή εργασία. Για επαγγελματίες και επαγγελματίες που αλλάζουν τομέα, εξέλιξη σε μισθό ειδικευμένου εργάτη μετά από τρία χρόνια, καθώς και υποστήριξη για την απόκτηση του αποδεικτικού επαγγελματικής κατάρτισης.
