Tasks
Διεύθυνση του δικού σας πόστου ζαχαροπλαστικής, συντονισμός με τον σεφ και συμμετοχή στον σχεδιασμό του μενού. Παραλαβή και έλεγχος παραδόσεων εμπορευμάτων, παρασκευή επιδορπίων και γλυκών, διασφάλιση της ποιότητας των φαγητών και της ροής παραγωγής. Υπεύθυνη χρήση τροφίμων και υλικών, αποδοτική και οικονομική εργασία καθώς και τήρηση των προτύπων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας.
Requirements
Ολοκληρωμένη εκπαίδευση ως μάγειρας, πολυετής εμπειρία στην εστίαση, δύο έτη αναφερόμενα στο προφίλ και λιγότερο από ένα έτος εμπειρία σε θέση ευθύνης. Εκτενείς γνώσεις προϊόντων και εξειδικευμένες γνώσεις, πολύ καλά γερμανικά (C1) και καλά γαλλικά κουζίνας. Αίσθημα ευθύνης, αυτονομία, δημιουργικότητα, ομαδικό πνεύμα, συνέπεια και αντοχή στην πίεση. Καθαρή, οικονομική εργασία, γνώσεις HACCP και καλή γνώση MS Word. Προτιμώνται πολίτες της ΕΕ.
