Requirements
Studii finalizate în gastronomie sau hotelărie cu diplomă de absolvire și experiență ca ospătar în hoteluri de patru sau cinci stele. Profilul menționează doi ani de experiență profesională și de conducere. Plăcere în relaționarea cu oamenii, talent comunicațional, prezență sigură și cunoștințe bune de Orderman. Germană B2; engleză și franceză constituie un avantaj.

14 salarii lunare, integrare structurată cu un coleg îndrumător (buddy), F_Akademie cu traininguri interne și externe și uniformă de serviciu. Trei mese pe zi, șapte zile pe săptămână. Cazare în hotelul echipei, direct lângă hotel; camere cu baie/WC, WLAN, TV și chicinetă, există și apartamente pentru cupluri. Costurile de cazare nu sunt menționate; mașină de spălat și uscător contra cost. Sală de fitness și piscină gratuite; acces la piscina de pe acoperiș între 7–20, fitness între 7–23. Reduceri la produsele/tratamentele spa și la băuturile de la bar, tarife Family & Friends, Starcard, închiriere de biciclete și sistem intern de vouchere. Costurile meselor nu sunt publicate.
