About the position

Tasks
Ευθύνη για τις διαδικασίες εξυπηρέτησης, υποδοχή και φροντίδα διεθνών επισκεπτών. Καθοδήγηση και εκπαίδευση της ομάδας, κατάρτιση προγραμμάτων βαρδιών. Βελτίωση των προτύπων ποιότητας, συνεργασία με άλλα τμήματα και συντονισμός δεξιώσεων. Επίλυση παραπόνων, διαχείριση αποθεμάτων, απογραφών και παραγγελιών σε συνεργασία με το τμήμα προμηθειών, καθώς και ευθύνη για τους τζίρους.
Requirements
Πολυετής εμπειρία σε θέση ευθύνης στον τομέα εστίασης υψηλού επιπέδου ή στο σέρβις δεξιώσεων. Ικανότητες φιλοξενίας, άνετη και επαγγελματική παρουσία και προσανατολισμός στην εξυπηρέτηση. Οργανωτική ικανότητα, ικανότητα λήψης αποφάσεων, ετοιμότητα ανάληψης καθηκόντων, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και ομαδική καθοδήγηση. Ισχυρές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες στα γερμανικά και τα αγγλικά· επιπλέον γλώσσες θα θεωρηθούν πλεονέκτημα.
