About the position
Ρεσεψιονίστ / Υπεύθυνος Ρεσεψιόν στο Hotel Panorama Royal στο Bad Häring, άμεση έναρξη. Θέση αορίστου χρόνου, όλο τον χρόνο, πλήρους απασχόλησης με πέντε εργάσιμες ημέρες την εβδομάδα.
Tasks
Υποδοχή επισκεπτών, πραγματοποίηση check-in και check-out, λήψη κρατήσεων και διαχείριση αρχείων επισκεπτών καθώς και διαδικτυακών πλατφορμών κρατήσεων. Ενημέρωση για προσφορές, εκδηλώσεις και προορισμούς εκδρομών, επαγγελματική διαχείριση προτάσεων και παραπόνων και συντονισμός της συνεργασίας της ρεσεψιόν με άλλα τμήματα.
Requirements
Ολοκληρωμένη εκπαίδευση στον ξενοδοχειακό κλάδο ή εμπορική εκπαίδευση, τουλάχιστον τρία χρόνια εμπειρίας στην ανώτερη ξενοδοχειακή βιομηχανία καθώς και ένα χρόνο εμπειρίας στη διοίκηση. Προσανατολισμός στις πωλήσεις, πολύ καλή γνώση Casablanca και καλή γνώση Η/Υ. Ικανότητα ομαδικής εργασίας, προσανατολισμός στον επισκέπτη, ηγετικές ικανότητες, οργανωτικότητα, αίσθημα ευθύνης και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες. Γλωσσικό προφίλ: Γερμανικά και Αγγλικά C2· το ελεύθερο κείμενο αναφέρει παρεκκλίνοντας Γερμανικά C1/C2 και Αγγλικά B2/C1.
