About the position
A st. antoni Arlbergi Après Post Hotel 2026. december 7-től recepcióst keres határozott idejű teljes munkaidős foglalkoztatásra a téli szezonra.
Tasks
Vendégek fogadása és búcsúztatása, check-in és check-out lebonyolítása, valamint a szálloda szolgáltatásairól való tájékoztatás. E-mail- és telefonos levelezés, kasszazárás és napzárás, valamint masszázs- és asztalfoglalások kezelése. Síbérletek kiállítása, valamint a Protel, ReGuest, Word, Excel és Outlook programokkal való munkavégzés.
Requirements
Egy év szakmai tapasztalat, önállóság és kiemelkedő vendégkommunikáció. Jó ismeretek a Protel, Word és Outlook terén, valamint alapvető Excel-ismeretek. Német C2 és angol C1.
