Recepčný/á (m/ž) v JUFA Alpenhotel Saalbach. Plný úväzok. Sezónna pozícia na zimu 2026/2027. Nástup od novembra.
Tasks
- Prijímať hostí, vykonávať check-in a check-out a poskytovať poradenstvo pri výletoch - Spracúvať rezervačné požiadavky, doplnkový predaj a reklamácie - Vybavovať telefonáty, aktualizovať údaje a plniť organizačné úlohy - Správne vykonávať vyúčtovania a platby - V prípade potreby podporovať iné oddelenia
Requirements
- Vzdelanie v oblasti hotelierstva alebo administratívy alebo motivovaný profesionálny/zmenový nástup - Spoľahlivá práca s MS Office alebo Google Workspace - Veľmi dobrá znalosť nemčiny a angličtiny a radosť z kontaktu s hosťami - Upravený, sebavedomý a priateľský vystupovanie - Vlastná iniciatíva, organizačný talent, diskrétnosť, schopnosť tímovej práce a flexibilita
