Tasks
Υποδοχή επισκεπτών, διεκπεραίωση check-in και check-out και παροχή συμβουλών για εκδρομικούς προορισμούς. Διεκπεραίωση αιτημάτων κρατήσεων, πώληση πρόσθετων παροχών και διαχείριση παραπόνων. Ανάληψη τηλεφωνικής εξυπηρέτησης, καταχώρισης δεδομένων και διοικητικών καθηκόντων· σωστή διεκπεραίωση τιμολογήσεων και πληρωμών. Υποστήριξη όμορων τμημάτων, όπως το σέρβις, όταν απαιτείται.
Requirements
Εκπαίδευση στη ξενοδοχειακή βιομηχανία ή τη διοίκηση ή αντίστοιχος ενθουσιασμός ως επαγγελματίας ή άτομο που αλλάζει τομέα. Άνεση στη χρήση MS Office/Google Workspace. Πολύ καλές γνώσεις γερμανικών και αγγλικών, ευχαρίστηση στην επαφή με επισκέπτες, περιποιημένη και φιλική εμφάνιση. Πρωτοβουλία, οργανωτικές ικανότητες, διακριτικότητα, ομαδικό πνεύμα και ευελιξία.
