Tasks
Kontaktná osoba pre hostí v celej SPA a saunovej oblasti Výlučne popoludňajšie služby medzi 14:00 a 19:00 hodinou aj počas víkendov a sviatkov Vykonávanie saunových ceremónií (min. 3-krát denne) Príprava a následné upratanie po saunových ceremóniách, dohľad v celej SPA oblasti Kontrola dodržiavania pravidiel SPA a sauny prostredníctvom profesionálnej starostlivosti o hostí Príprava a poskytovanie uterákov a pohárov na nápoje Zabezpečenie poriadku, čistoty a hygieny v saunovej a wellness oblasti Zabezpečenie palivového dreva pre oddychové zóny a priestory s krbom, ako aj zakladanie ohňa a čistenie krbových priestorov Upratovanie a udržiavanie voľných ležadiel pri vysokej obsadenosti Kontrola funkčnosti všetkých saún, parných kúpeľov a infračervených zariadení, ako aj vykonávanie kontroly osvetlenia

Vzdelanie v oblasti saunového majstra a prvej pomoci Dobrá znalosť nemčiny na bezproblémovú komunikáciu s hosťami Vášeň pre saunové ceremónie a starostlivosť o hostí Komunikačné schopnosti a dobré vystupovanie aj v prípadných konfliktných situáciách s hosťami Záujem o dianie v celom hoteli a nadšené odporúčanie všetkých hotelových ponúk Priateľské, upravené a na služby orientované vystupovanie Vysoké povedomie o zodpovednosti za hygienu a bezpečnosť Fyzická odolnosť a praktický hands-on prístup Radosť z kontaktu s hosťami Schopnosť tímovej spolupráce a spoľahlivosť
