Tasks
- Starostlivosť o hostí: Srdečné privítanie a obsluha našich hostí v reštaurácii, ako aj starostlivosť o seminárne skupiny - Manažment bufetu: Aktívna spolupráca v reštauračnom servise, ako aj starostlivosť a dopĺňanie našich bufetov - Kavárenský servis: Odborná príprava nápojov a malých jedál v našej kavárenskej časti - Servisná excelentnosť: Zabezpečenie telesného blaha našich hostí prostredníctvom pozorného a priateľského servisu
Requirements
- Kvalifikácia: Ukončené vzdelanie v gastronómii, viacročné relevantné pracovné skúsenosti alebo zodpovedajúce nadšenie ako odborník/-čka alebo človek prichádzajúci z iného odboru - Vášeň: Vysoké povedomie o hosťoch a službách, ako aj úprimná radosť z každodenného kontaktu s ľuďmi - Osobnosť: Priateľské vystupovanie, silné komunikačné schopnosti a motivovaná mentalita tímového hráča - Kompetencia: Veľmi dobrá znalosť nemčiny, ako aj ochota pripraviť hosťom nezabudnuteľný pobyt
