- Γαστρονομική εκπαίδευση, σχετική επαγγελματική εμπειρία ή ενθουσιώδης επαγγελματική/εναλλακτική είσοδος στον κλάδο - Απόλαυση της καθημερινής επαφής με τους επισκέπτες και έντονος προσανατολισμός στην εξυπηρέτηση - Φιλική εμφάνιση, ισχυρές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και πνεύμα ομαδικότητας - Πολύ καλή γνώση της γερμανικής γλώσσας
