About the position
Το Waldpark Hochreiter ενισχύει την ομάδα του εστιατορίου του από την 1η Απριλίου 2027. Αναζητείται υπεύθυνος/η σέρβις / διεύθυνση εστιατορίου για θέση πλήρους απασχόλησης αορίστου διάρκειας με ημερήσια λειτουργία.
Tasks
Καθοδήγηση της ομάδας σέρβις, κατάρτιση προγραμμάτων βαρδιών και ενεργή συμμετοχή στο σέρβις. Εκπαίδευση νέων υπαλλήλων, ευθύνη για το ταμείο και την καθημερινή εκκαθάριση, παραγγελία προμηθειών και κοστολόγηση φαγητών και ποτών. Συνεργασία με την κουζίνα, διασφάλιση της υγιεινής, άνοιγμα και κλείσιμο της επιχείρησης και βελτίωση των διαδικασιών στο σύστημα ταμείου. Συμπερίληψη του καταστήματος και του ζωολογικού πάρκου στον σχεδιασμό.
Requirements
Πέντε χρόνια επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας, ηγετικές ικανότητες, οργανωτική ικανότητα και αίσθημα ευθύνης. Διατήρηση της συνολικής εικόνας της επιχείρησης εστίασης ακόμη και σε περιόδους υψηλής προσέλευσης πελατών. Γερμανικά C2. Στην αγγελία ζητούνται δίπλωμα οδήγησης κατηγορίας B και ιδιόκτητο αυτοκίνητο· στη γενική προσφορά η προσωπική κινητικότητα αναφέρεται ως πλεονέκτημα.
