About the position
Waldpark Hochreiter își întărește echipa restaurantului începând cu 1 aprilie 2027. Se caută souschef pentru un post cu normă întreagă, pe durată nedeterminată, în tura de zi.
Tasks
Să lucrezi în bucătărie, să coordonezi procesele și să distribui sarcini. Să conduci și să instruiești angajații, să asiguri calitatea și igiena, precum și să sprijini achizițiile și gestionarea mărfurilor. Să îl înlocuiești pe bucătarul-șef în lipsa acestuia și să contribui la dezvoltarea de noi preparate.
Requirements
Formare profesională finalizată ca bucătar și cel puțin trei ani de experiență în gastronomie. Mod de lucru independent, organizat și fiabil, capacitate de conducere și abordare constructivă a feedback-ului. Creativitate, spirit de echipă și comunicare sigură în limba germană. Germană C1. Permis de conducere categoria B și mașină proprie sunt cerute în anunț; în oferta generală, mobilitatea proprie este menționată ca avantaj.
