About the position
Θέση εποχιακής εργασίας στην κουζίνα του Almhof Family Resort & SPA στο Gerlos. Χειμερινή σεζόν έως 12 Απριλίου 2027· ακόλουθη θερινή σεζόν από 13 Μαΐου έως 8 Νοεμβρίου 2027. Δυνατή μακροχρόνια συνεργασία περίπου δέκα μήνες τον χρόνο ή μεμονωμένη σεζόν.
Tasks
Προετοιμασία, ολοκλήρωση και σερβίρισμα σε όλες τις θέσεις της κουζίνας. Διασφάλιση ποιότητας, γεύσης, παρουσίασης και υγιεινής. Συντονισμός παραγγελιών, ποσοτήτων και χρονικών ροών καθώς και καθοδήγηση των εργαζομένων.
Requirements
Τρία χρόνια επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας, γνώσεις ανώτερης κουζίνας, ευθύνη διοίκησης και ακρίβεια. Αγάπη για φρέσκα τοπικά και εποχικά προϊόντα. Γερμανικά C1, Αγγλικά B2· προτιμώνται πολίτες της ΕΕ.
