About the position
Βοηθός σεφ στο ξενοδοχείο Klausnerhof στο Hintertux από 1 Νοεμβρίου 2026, θέση ορισμένου χρόνου για καλοκαίρι/χειμώνα.
Tasks
Αναπλήρωση του σεφ, συντονισμός των διαδικασιών της κουζίνας, ανάληψη διοικητικών καθηκόντων, μετάδοση γνώσεων στην ομάδα και συνεργασία με όλα τα τμήματα του ξενοδοχείου. Αναπλήρωση του σεφ τις ημέρες ρεπό του.
Requirements
Ολοκληρωμένη εκπαίδευση ως μάγειρας Στερεές επαγγελματικές γνώσεις και πολύ καλή γνώση τροφίμων Πολυετής επαγγελματική εμπειρία σε παρόμοια θέση Δημιουργικότητα και ικανότητα συνεργασίας σε ομάδα Κίνητρα, ευχαρίστηση με τα καθήκοντα Ευσυνειδησία και αίσθημα ευθύνης Συνέπεια, ειλικρίνεια, ευελιξία Προθυμία για μάθηση και ανάπτυξη Αντοχή σε καταστάσεις στρες Προώθηση θετικού εργασιακού κλίματος Δύο χρόνια επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας και δύο χρόνια εμπειρίας σε θέση ευθύνης· Γερμανικά C2. Γνώση των κατευθυντήριων γραμμών HACCP σύμφωνα με την επίσημη αγγελία θέσης.
