Kreatívne sa podieľať na plánovaní a realizácii kuchynského konceptu; zastupovať šéfkuchára v dňoch voľna; viesť malý kuchynský tím spoločne so šéfkuchárom.

Requirements

Solídne vzdelanie a prax, päť rokov odbornej praxe a jeden rok vedúcej skúsenosti. Skúsenosti v luxusnom hotelierstve, pozitívny vzťah k bio kuchyni a biologickým surovinám. Kolegialita, lojalita, zodpovedný a organizovaný spôsob práce, ako aj nemčina na úrovni B1. Pracovné povolenie nevyhnutné.
