Tasks
Υποστήριξη του σεφ στην καθημερινή λειτουργία και αναπλήρωσή του σε περίπτωση απουσίας· συμμετοχή στην ανάπτυξη του μενού και δημιουργικών πιάτων· συνυπευθυνότητα για ποιότητα, υγιεινή και ομαδική εργασία.
Requirements
Ολοκληρωμένη εκπαίδευση ως μάγειρας και εμπειρία σε εκλεπτυσμένη γαστρονομία· δημιουργικότητα, αίσθηση ποιότητας, αγάπη για τη λεπτομέρεια, ανεξάρτητος και οργανωμένος τρόπος εργασίας, ομαδικό πνεύμα και ενδιαφέρον για φρέσκια τοπική κουζίνα. Άδεια εργασίας στην ΕΕ κατά προτίμηση σύμφωνα με την αγγελία. Γλώσσες σύμφωνα με την πλατφόρμα: DE B2.
