Souschef állás a Weissensee-n 2026. december 16-tól, a hirdetés szerint nyári és téli szezonra, határozott időre. A hivatalos karrieroldal hosszú távú együttműködésre törekszik, és részmunkaidőt is kínál. A hangsúly a Slow Foodon, a kulinárián és a környezetvédelemen van.
Tasks
Ételek elkészítése az 54 házi vendég számára, részlegeken átívelő munka és a konyhacsapat vezetése. A minőségfejlesztés és a slow food filozófia közös megvalósítása, valamint tisztán és csapatorientáltan dolgozni.
Requirements
Elkötelezett, rugalmas, terhelhető és megbízható személyiség, példamutató hozzáállással és érdeklődéssel a csapatvezetés iránt. Motiváció a Slow Food, a kulinária és a környezetvédelem iránt. Német C1 nyelvtudás és érvényes munkavállalási engedély.
