Βοηθός Διευθυντή Εστιατορίου στο Seehotel Jägerwirt από 1 Δεκεμβρίου 2026. Θέση πλήρους απασχόλησης ορισμένου χρόνου για καλοκαιρινή και χειμερινή σεζόν σε μια νέα ομάδα.
Tasks
Αναπλήρωση της διεύθυνσης εστιατορίου και συνδιοργάνωση εκδηλώσεων, υπηρεσίας à la carte, μπαρ και αίθουσας εστίασης ξενοδοχείου. Επίβλεψη εργαζομένων και ασκούμενων απουσία της διεύθυνσης, εξυπηρέτηση απαιτητικών πελατών με επαγγελματικό τρόπο και έλεγχος προτύπων ποιότητας, προϊόντων και εμφάνισης. Ανάληψη ευθύνης για την ορθή έκδοση τιμολογίων και τη σωστή εκκαθάριση λογαριασμών.
Requirements
Ολοκληρωμένη επαγγελματική εκπαίδευση, δύο χρόνια επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας, πολύ καλές εξειδικευμένες γνώσεις και καλή γνώση οίνων. Προσεκτικός, στοχοπροσηλωμένος τρόπος εργασίας, ευελιξία, οργανωτική ικανότητα, αντοχή στην πίεση και αξιοπιστία. Κατανόηση των επιθυμιών των επισκεπτών, ισχυρές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, ομαδικό πνεύμα, προσανατολισμός στην εξυπηρέτηση και συνείδηση ποιότητας. Γερμανικά C2, Αγγλικά B2. Απαιτείται άδεια εργασίας ή ιθαγένεια ΕΕ.
